Need someone to take over lease
I just got a new house down in woodbridge and I need someone to take over my lease at my apartment.

decent size living room
MountVernon Square Apartments , Alexandria , Va
I have not had any trouble here at these apartments. No vandalism at all. The metro picks up about 150 feet away from front door. Its a 3rd story apt. The washer and dryer are in the basement. Also you get an extra storage unit in the basement.
I got the unit at 1045. Thats close to 200 dollars cheaper than what they are asking for now. I will cover your deposit. This apt will be availabel 15 sept. Any questions PM me.
