Is it a sticker or an emblem?

direct heat(blow dryer/heat gun) and very carefully with a razor blade wrapped in cloth. Or even the edge of a credit card again wrapped in a thin cloth....

A bottle of Goo-Gone, some floss, some heat from a blow dryer and you're good to go.

I did my emblems with a goo gone pen and floss. Didnt even need any heat. Then once the "350z" was off, I used the "3" to carefully scrape up the remainder of the sticky stuff. Super clean, super easy. Took about 25 minutes start to finish to make it look clean. Because of how the goo gone messes with your finish, I would recommend doing this JUST before a wash and wax.

goo gone is bad
or

"Quickly removes wax, grease, oil and adhesive residue. It will not harm most cured automotive paints and is also suitable for vinyl and glass surfaces"

for a dealer bumper sticker, not window sicker I assume, use a heat gun on low low or hair dryer on hot. Get it hot and peal the sticker off, clean up with a clay bar and quix detailer.
