Default Spent Supercharger fund! Also a suspension mod

Instead of a supercharger I bought a house (not my minivan parked out on the street)!

Unfortunately that retaining wall was involved in my suspension mod... In my defense on the, I've been really sick the past week, and have been on some meds that recommend I not drive. I guess I should have listened...

Nothing is obviously bent in the suspension, but the right rear wheel is definitely out of alignment (pretty big toe in). Almost all of the bushings in the right rear suspension are deformed.

Unless it's going to be a ton of money to fix it, I'd rather not go through insurance. I was thinking I'd disassemble the suspension this weekend, and see if I could get the bushings seated correctly again, and then re-assemble to see if things are straightened out. If it's just bushings (fingers crossed, but I'm not too optimistic that it's just that) then I'd replace all of them and get an alignment done. If it's still out of whack after fixing the bushings, I'd need to figure out what arms are bent, and replace them.

I'd like to upgrade the suspension, but am tight on cash due to the recent house purchase. If it's more than just bushings, I may just drive the truck until I have enough saved up to repair & upgrade the suspension.

I'm not worried about the damage to the bumper at this time. There already were a few other marks from other people running into it, so I was planning on going with an aftermarket bumper. I haven't done a lot of research on body kits for the roadster, so I don't have anything specific in mind at this time.

Am I being an idiot? Am I being overly ambitious? I've looked through the service manual, and it doesn't look too bad

Nice house, but why didn't you get one with a garage? This is a buyers market and you have an awesome selection of houses that have garages. Anyway sorry about your suspension mishap hope you get it fixed soon.

it doesn't look that expensive to fix. $400 tops.

Depending on what bushings need to be replaced, your level of mechanical skill and the tools you have at your disposal it can be a PITA and very time consuming. Don't forget that unless you have a press you might have to pay a shop to press in whatever bushings need replacing.

I really would like a garage, but houses with garages were out of my price range in the location I wanted (City of Fairfax). There's enough room in the back yard so I can have a detached garage built. It's just going to be a little while before I can afford that. It will happen though.

I'm hoping it's not too expensive - I'm broke after buying a house!

I don't have a press, but have seen threaded rod + washers + nuts + a short bit of pipe + a socket used to press bearings in and out. I figured I'd go that route. I'm sure it will be time consuming -- there are a lot of bushings in there. But, I have another vehicle, so I'm not pressed for time. And I'd rather it be my time than be paying someone else for all of those hours (yeah, I know my time is worth something too).
