Yea man it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to get up to those numbers. Major changes in the gym and lifestyle are usually needed. I try to make it to the gym 3 times a week and that def doesn't cut it .

Nah, I'm in grad school so I make it out 2 - 3 times a week for about 2 hours. While I'm working out between 285 - 315 it's not where I used to be.
