that's part of the reason for my wanting several acres.
lots of parking, lots of space for the screams to dissipate.

Hraes in MD means I'm now leaving MD. J/K big guy. Welcome to Southern Maryland. Look forward to hearing details about the new crib you decide on and getting details for the big housewarming.
Just remember the higher north the better.
IMO Calvert is about as far south as I could go. Past Calvert and you might as well not even call yourself a Maryland person, you get labeled a SOMD person.
If I worked at the cliffs, I'd buy a house in Dunkirk, hunting town, owings, sunderland, or friendship.
You'd have a bit of a drive, but you'd still have the option to do Annapolis or Columbia with out making a whole day of it.
