Generally speaking, they aren't too strict about it if you run 13.8-13.9, but once you get to 13.6 and under they will say something.

I am upgrading my chances of going to 85/15 now
. I can't remember how the hell to get to capital though.......I just know it's 70 to 32 to............................I don't know.
