Just curious to if anyone is going to Ocean City this weekend for this years Volkswagen H20 event.

 

I'll probably be there, meeting Jrock and all them down there. Keep an eye out for the supra, benz, etc.

Sweet! I don't think I've ever been to a bad H20 event. Unlike the import and muscle shows down there this event is like a melting pot for anyone who loves the car scene. I'll probably get flamed for it but I think I may throw a big vdub symbol on my hood in blue painters tape in the tradition of it being a volkswagen event.

I would never take my car that's not german or british to that weekend meet. I saw this dude's honda civic get FuCcKt with food and random flying objects from a group of dub guys.

Honda civic is different than a tastefully modded 350z, just go and have fun.

 

Might have to go just to see if this happens. Doubt it though. I know a lot of the DUB guys and they aren't douche bags at all. Did the guy in the Civic just keep driving?

 

Yea that's crazy I've been to this show every year since I was 14 and I've never meant a group of a**shole dubbers lol. That's what makes this event so cool is the fact everyone is so lax down there. Now hotrod weekend or import weekend if your in the wrong car your most likely going to hear people tell you its not your weekend lol. But never have I ever seen or heard of somebody trashing anothers ride. That's grounds for seriously getting messed up haha

Raced a mustang in my rsx and the guy wasn't happy with the results so he got out of the car and tried to fight at the next light. That was a few years ago though.

 

Haha that's hilarious. Tell me his girl was in the car with him. I myself have noticed mustang owners down there tend to have some huge egos, and 99% of them seem to have something to prove down there lol
