Plenty of pictures and a video with the concept.

If they actually make it light weight, I would take it over the new "Silvia" concept.

Opinions?

That thing needs to be a V6 twin turbo. Or even better, a V6 twin turbo with AWD w/ all-wheel-steer that weighs under 3200lbs. Then maybe stick the engine in the back for better balance and you're good to go. Add in a t-tops and you're golden. It's so hard to find the perfect car...

At least this would be another option. And of course is Toyota.

The only thing I do not like at all about the car are the wheels.

Although, I do not see that car weighting less than 3,000lbs by far!

looks bangin and the price is right, hopefully the power:weight will still be impressive when it comes out. don't see how the interior could be all that comfortable though since it's even smaller than a 370.

Rumors have it that the toyota version may be exclusive to the Japan market only, also it'd be naturally aspirated with a focus on driving dynamics and fuel mileage (think Miata 2+2 coupe).

The Subaru version would be the one to get and should get a majority of the US sales, if not all, between the two. The subaru will be AWD and turbo with additional features (i.e. technology and entertainment). I haven't heard anything about the Subaru version being available in NA form, but it should of course have brand recognizable sheet metal.

If this comes out in AWD with a turbo, then I'm buying it. Hopefully they'll be smart and make it under 3k lbs.

I remember reading about this car last year when I had a tC.

Looks good and Subaru has a plethora of aftermarket support in JP.

Good luck to them.
