not to get on you dom but .100 is pretty slow If I got higher then .060 Im pretty mad I am usually at like .040 now my GF in her dragster.... i wont even talk about it she hits like .008 and is mad at herself lol her average is .005

That's what I'm trying to decide still. I want to give everyone enough time to get there. How long would it take you from Waugh Chapel?

 

By google maps its an hour to MIR we are leaving at 730 so that puts us there 8 30 at the latest. Registration fills up quick for the car show so I cant really get there too late.

Hmm...I'm pretty sure it'll take more than an hour from Waugh Chapel to MIR. Is Waugh Chapel in the Odenton area? I'm thinking meet at Best Buy at either 8 or 8:30 and roll out around 9 or a little sooner. Let me know what works best for you guys. I'm trying to get as many cars as possible to meet up.

 

dragsters have delay boxes. so, averaging .005 is normal.

For me, I usually hit .03 and below consistently when I was bracket racing alot.

That is what it looks like to me. You get one shot on Sunday (Quick 16 Final Qualifying Shot........Noon) to bump someone out of Quick 16.

 

I'm likely out......I can't make a pass without severe slip in the clutch or the rim spinning inside the rim. I wanted to mark the wheel and tire last night, but had no way to do it. I dropped 1250+install on a clutch in June only to get 3-4k miles and ~100 passes. If its the clutch I am done for the year.

David, I was talking to some people last night and you have it correct. If you go on just Sunday it is a 1 pass and either qualify or go home. Not ideal.......especially since I have not run the car at MIR in its current form.

 

its to get bumped into Sportsmen eliminator correct? I am also guessing the quick 16 might be turned into the quick 8 for each import and domestic if they keep it ... correct
