When was the account made though? They may not post, but their learning from this site. Cuz I know who your talking about. If u look at the date made, you will notice, it wasn't made just for this. And if u run a ip check as ethan said. I garuntee its someone else. I don't see what the problem is, considering no one is complainig about all the non z guys voting. (I.e. G's, sentras, and sti's) unfortunately theirs no rules against anyone voting, and the pole is open to the public, seen by the whole forum.
Btw, they live in the mid-a as well

Hey nominees lets try to keep this vote a local thing. After all the world "National" from National Z Club stands for the national's capital. It's kind of silly to see people from like Ohio, Iowa voting for a club that they will never be a part of. Please stop telling random people to vote.
Regardless of how many number of votes one may have going for them, in order to be effective in any position: One must be respected as an individual who is mature, organized, and is familiar with the locals. All those out-of-town votes will prove to be a fruitless cause. Unless they're planning to hike 500, 1000, 3000+ miles to come to a Mid-A meet, (which we highly welcome BTW) any position listed here (minus Treasurer) will have absolutely zero support from the locals if no one knows you or respects you. Respect is earned, not given. Titles mean nothing, it's all about your connections. Something to keep in mind.
i dont know anybody, ive had my Z for quite some time (a few years), and just registered on the site quite recently, so as far as voting, it wouldnt be fair because i dont know anyone, sorry
