Default Would you drive down south?

I posted this in the SE section, but since we currently get alot of clients from the mid atlantic area, i thought it would be good to post here as well:

Draco Performance is considering being a supporting vendor on this forum and want to do a pole of your "needs":

We are located in Cornelius, NC just a few miles north of Charlotte off 77

The things that we specialize in that i was wondering if you would have a need for:
1.ECU tuning via standalone and piggy back (Haltech, Utec, Cobb to name a few)
2.Forced Induction upgrades (turbos and superchargers)
3.Suspension Tuning for daily and track application (we have scales)
4.pre track inspection (we currently have experience and wins in Redline TA as well as NASA TT and will be getting our certification to be a NASA approved inspection and dyno station)
5.At Track Driver Instruction (we are instructors for several car clubs and coach privately as well)
6.Custom roll cages, brake ducting, aero package install and consultation
7.All minor and major mechanical/power/suspension upgrades
8.N/A ecu tuning
9.Tranni Conversions
10.Custom Fuel Systems
11.Performance vehicle maintenance
12.Retail Sales
13.tranni rebuilds
14.suspension installation
15.Engine Builds

We carry many high end brands that cover the nissan/infiniti brand including factory and aftermarket parts.

We have had quite a few Nissans and Infinitis through our doors that are more then happy with our service, pricing and expertise. The most popular z that many of you are aware of is the 91 300z that we tuned, did tranni conversion, clearancing, custom fuel systems, turbo install, etc. that made it to Pinks All Out Top 16, Pass Time, as well as an appearance at the Henderson Top Dawg Airport event last year.

If you guys could give me some feedback about this so that i can move forward with becoming a vendor on my350z.com, I would Greatly Appreciate it.

I'm the only one in the mid-A who likes to drive. I make it out to the meets in Rockville or VA quite frequently (when my Z is running that is)

There're a few members that get their build done by reputable out of state shops. It's all about reputation. But I can tell you that you won't get a large customer base from the DC metropolitan area due to the long drive. There's a pretty big crowd down in southern VA though. If your shop is close enough to VA Beach, Richmond, Hampton Road, you have a shot.

That's very true!! You'd think with all the military with their SRBs, there'd be plenty that would have the free cash to sink a few Gs into FI.

Not that i'm saying that everyone that re-enlists chooses to spend it on a car. But i know it happens frequently!

Unless you are a SEAL, SWCC, EOD, Diver, NUC (Nuclear), or some other rate the Navy really needs, they gotten rid of almost all SRB's(selective reenlistment bonus).

- hello, I drive two states away for meets and to get the car worked on. Its a real PITA arranging rides for drop off and pick up.

for some reason i was not getting notes about replies in my e-mail, so without mega re-quoting everyone that posted up questions/comments, i will just try to answer them in bullet form:

1.yes we have a website that sorely needs to be updated due to the fact that when it was created, our primary focus was Subarus, but now we have done significant projects/tunes with great success on so many platforms, it needs to be updated, so if any of you visit it, PLEASE don't feel neglected or that we don't cater to your make! www.Draco-Performance.com

2.THERE WILL NEVER BE PICTURES OF ME!!! I am always the one behind the camera and do my best to stay out of everyone elses lenses way!!! I specify the female part because i do most of the posting, responding etc and get alot of, "thanks man" and "dude" because i participate in so much of the technical aspect as well as everything else!!!

3.yes we do sell nissan and infiniti parts and currently have an online store that is quite painful to navigate through from a user perspective that will be updated within the next couple weeks with a much easier user interface!

Thanks everyone for being so responsive to this topic, It makes me look forward to being a vendor on here!

If anyone else wants to comment on the topic, please do, i enjoy the interaction with the community!
