Here are ones off the top of my head where it's a sure bet that a cop is present:
-bottom of the hill of Pickett Road in Fairfax (City of Fairfax cops LOVE this spot)
-I66 after the FFX Co. Pkwy 7100 exit towards Centreville/Manassas (especially up to and after the Stringfellow Road HOV exit)
-all of FFX Co. Pkwy 7100 but especially around Braddock Road
-Random Hills Road in Fairfax approaching Fairfax Corner before it becomes parallel to I66 (cops like to hide in the neighborhood pass on the right)

Route 50 going towards falls church right after the Merrifield exit when the road turns into 4 lanes. Everyone goes highway speeds but the speed limit is 45. This is easy pickins for them as they love to sit at the bottom of a hill and you have no chance.
95S to 895 Interchange coming into Bmore. They line up work trucks and park in front of them so you cant see the cruisers. Speed drops from 65 to 50 plus its a double fine for a "work Zone". It hasnt been as bad since they re-did it all.
