Delete the thread for what reason?

Where is this headed?

All of the other AAM threads where deleted. There needs to be at least one for the community to see. Shops need to own up to the BS and stop trying to sweep everything under the carpet.

Now its just turning into a bashing of AAM. Look above, everytime we have some news about AAM, someone creates a new name to bash. It gets old. I have nothing to do with AAM. Never did any business with them or bought parts so I could care less what happens to them.

I believe most of the problems people had with AAM were with FI builds. If so, there is a thread in the FI section for people to post their problems which I believe a couple already have posted about their experiences with them.

If you dont want to delete the thread than fine. Lock it. Not sure what else needs to be added.

Altered Atmosphere is no longer a sponsor on this site, so they cant go cry to the admins to take them down...People getting started in the car community need to know where not to go.

and im sure if you were ripped off like most of us then you would be the first to start bashing...just think about it. AAM owes me 10K...would you be pissed??? I sure am, and now that they might have gone belly up I dont have a chance of getting my money back.

And who are you? the guy earlier that was the ex employee of them? Tell the mods to create a new sticky for our region to post shop experiences. AAM cant get threads deleted anymore. The reason why the last thread of shop experiences got deleted was because people just turned it into a bashing thread and not just shop experiences.

^^^Wood....he clearly stated he's owed 10G's and under Chapter 11 he will most likely never see it.

Same with the ex employee.

ya good reason like talking **** about your boss and how he f**ks everyone over, passes bad checks, and likes to touch boys...yup good reason to fire but the money is still OWED...Dont you worry it will all be coming to an end here soon. You forget he did something illegal not me...

The first case was dismissed because mike kept ducking the process server, but not for long

And another thing if this money is not owed to me then why doesnt he just show up in court? He has nothing to hide right???

What's you definition of bashing? Everybody here is stating facts. Not sure what the problem is .

Who cares if the problems were with FI builds or NA builds. The bottom line is that customer service was horrible and people were raped for thousands of dollars. I'm glad I saw a few of the threads and had a chance to talk to a few people before I made the mistake of taking my car there. Maybe some big changes are in store for the new shop, who knows. I was very close to going there when Jeremy Tibbs worked there. What a mistake that would have been...

Parts aren't bad though. They should keep making those.
