see, that is an amazing post and exactly what i was looking for.....it included a general price, it mentioned that it was a dyno day, and it also told me that i need to look in to software
obviously, when i made this thread, i knew nothing about tuning my car, when to tune my car, or what was needed to tune my car, but using the search option didn't help me find a price, so i made a thread
you've all been very helpful

Osiris is a ECU reflash it is one of the lowest cost softwares gives you very good driveability and is a great program. Hills is a dealer for it and has an excellent tuner who has tuned many cars here in the MID A both FI and NA.
If you call and talk to frank or suzanne they would be happy to give you all the details about it. I strongly suggest you do your research on not only what engine management you want but also who the tuner is. the best ECU reflash or EMS will not make up for a bad tune.
the next dyno day at Hills is May 22 soo maybe you can make it up here for it and can see for yourself meet allot of us and check out your options.
It's like saying, "Don't waste your money on BMW's because all you are paying for is the name". Thousands of dollars from now he will look back at my post and say "damn, I paid all of that extra money just for the name". Also, you do realize some people don't have the money to go F/I and will never have the money to go F/I? That's one reason they go the N/A route. There's plenty of N/A Z's out there that are a blast to drive. Other reasons why some people stay N/A include "reliability" and "drivability" issues. However, both of those issues can be minimized by installation by an experienced technician, proper tuning, and routine maintenance.
Who is to say he doesn't have the money to go F/I? I know how fun a properly modded Z is to drive. If that's what he wants, then I will change what I said earlier:
"Don't waste your money on bolt ons, put your cash in to your suspension and learn how to actually drive your car. that's far more fun that anything else."
Better?

I have to agree on this statement 100%.
Why? Almost certain this guy will do what every other Z owner has. Convinced his self to stay N/A, blow all his money on minimal gain bolt on parts, then realize he should have just saved to go F/I.
