For 15g's you can have 420whp out the door (safely,) under the assumption that nothing ever goes wrong. You could possibly get 550whp on a Greddy TT kit on a stock block, but it's guaranteed to blow on your first drive down the street.
Passing the 420whp barrier, you might want to throw down another 10k for forged internals, but then you'll have to upgrade everything else to keep up with all the power. You might find yourself spending another 10k on supporting mods.
Realistically for those power goals, you're looking at around 25k (if you're lucky) to 35k (if you're unlucky) give or take. I would safely assume 30k, under the assumption that nothing breaks. If it does, have 10-15k ready just in case you blow the welds off your piston rings or fry your turbos. If you like to drag race, you might want beefier axles as they tend to snap with anything over 400whp on slicks, ask Bigslim. If you're great a shifting and race the crap out of your car, you might want to have spare tranny's, ask Alberto, he went through 3-4.
P.S. the MOST important mod when having a 500-600whp car is..... a DAILY DRIVER! Because the chances of your car sitting at a shop for years is highly likely. Ask Cass007, Alberto, or Me, LOL.

yup, add into your setup DSS stage 2 or DSS stage 5 axles, an upgraded clutch and be sure to keep some spare parts lying around in case things break.
