I know most of you guys dont want to live in Baltimore but if you could help me out id really appreciate it. I signed a lease/rental agreement on this place because my GF and I thought we had missed an opportunity on the house we wanted to buy. That is no longer the case and we want to put an offer on the house. Problem is we have this lease we signed and it doesnt look like the people want to let us out of it (even though we only took up 4 days of their time, but I guess I understand)

Anyway, if you know of anyone that is looking to live in Federal Hill in one of the best neighborhoods in the City let me know. Here is the Ad that can be found on craigslist. Place goes fro $1800 a month but has parking and 2 master bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The kitchen is also amazing.

yeah I feel bad trying to back out a lease but I dont want to let this house go. It sucks that we only really took the rental off the market for like 4-5 days. I was hoping they would be more cool with it. They said if we/they found someone else to take the lease they would give us our money back - cost for reposting it in the paper etc.

I really appreciate any help people can give. Its on craigslist also.
