NO
That gas motor is spent, you will get horrible MPG, the lift says done right but its obvious the rear sags. No Rust is about the only plus on that thing (looks like bondo on left rear where the tailgate woudl be so im not sure that is even true) . Single cabs blow, bench seats are even worse.
If it was a diesel with that kinda a mileage it might be worth it but for a gasser.... id stay away.

So you can get crap MPG with next to now power?
Why not buy a beater civic with some all season tires on it?
30+ mpg and will do great in the snow. I've never had issues with any of our civics.
$2-3K for a beater civic and another 2-3K for an SV650.
Plus you can race shin if you get bored.

Wrangler with the 4.0 = win , put a nice set of tires and a small lift and you are in business, drop the top in the summer/ drive on the beach, and tear it up in the snow... Good times...

2 things to consider: They suck in the snow. Like really really suck. It will absolutely need snow tires. They suck in the rain. It will absolutely need all seasons with really good Wet traction.
Over all I miss mine. I saw that exact one you were looking at. I was thinking the price was a bit high but used vehicle prices are 30% higher this year than last. (especially on civcs, accords, toyotas) This is according to NPR. People are citing the hogh gas prices and availability of cars made by companies that got hit by the tsunami.

When I had snow tires on it, it wasnt as bad. It was just impossible to accelerate if the roads were at all icy/snowy. To be honest it was bad in snow you probably shouldnt be driving in anyway.
