Police reporting two incidents in Riva/Edgewater and the Hillsmere area of Annapolis where 11- and 13-year-old girls were approached by strangers at their bus stops. They warn: Parents should have an action plan in place with their children in the event that a child is approached by a stranger. Remind your children to walk in groups and report suspicious activity to a trusted adult.
