I can honestly say I can't remember the last time I went over 100mph on the street in a car.
Have I done it before? Sure, there's a time and place for everything. Doing it any chance you get isn't the right time or place.
Shin you seem to think we all haul *** on the streets all the time. As with street race all the time. Since we must do it, it means its ok for you to do it.

I'm in the same boat as Clay, every once and awhile. There is no need to go 100mph on a regular basis.
Jeff what about the bike?(you would be proud of me my car was emissions exempt this year, under 5k)

I ride 99% of the time on backroads so not as often as you would think.
my bike will do 102mph in 1st gear. Just think, if shins car did that. He'd never take it out of first gear. Sounds cooler when its bouncing off the revlimitor at 70% throttle then it does to shift.

But I bought/like my car for that specific reason..going fast.
With all this anti speed talk, I'm not sure why some of you bought your cars.
I've ridden in a two FI'd Gs before, and all I could think was, "Can't wait!"

I thought it was common knowledge Jeffie only bought his car because it pulls hot Azn girls. Soon as he got one the car really wasn't necessary anymore. Now it's just a 3,000 lb paperweight with a really nice paint job.
