Sweet isn't bad if its backed with enough smoke. Adam Ribs is sweet, too bad they don't smoke anything, while they have good ribs I put them on their own level. If I want real ribs I can't touch adams ribs.

Best ribs I've found in MD. We always get a full rack of TX style ribs, it's more then enough for 2 people. They're the bigger ribs. They don't come with any sauce, but the sauce is on the table for anyone who wants it.

Maybe one day we can swing over to Clinton and do a little mini meet like what you're doing tonight. Linh loves the place so I'm sure she'll be game.
