I did but like "Seiran" said thats typically what your going to get hit with, which is true because I had to pay the same thing when I had my evo 8 and it was rear ended in O.C afew years ago at seacrets

Like Ahn said, check with them again. I also have a $500 deductible but when my insurance co was reviewing all the damage done to my front end and 1/4 panel they came back two days later and told me to never mind about it and somehow they made the other driver's ins eat the entire bill for over $2000.

If the accident isnt your fault you can wait till the claims process is done and make their insurance pay 100% of costs. If you want your insurance to pay for it right away then fight to get the money from the other insurance company then you have to pay your deductible then will get it refunded.

At least this is how it worked for me.

I've come to the conclusion that your G35 will never run again. It's either broken or getting something new.

No bike has ever been in a wreck.

Where's he from? Tell him to swing the bike over my house.

Thanks Patrick, and yeah I just talked to my insurance company and they insured me that I will be getting this deductible back since she was at fault and her insurance company said they would cover all the costs.
