I'd love to purchase a condo. But with a retired mother that wants to plant tomato and raise goats in my backyard, I must purchase a house with some yard. Gosh I hate plants... Part of being an Asian son that most of you white people would never understand :P

^ Check your email Ethan, I have some news for you. And yes and it has to do with a nice flat yard, but that yard has a 300+ sq/ft climate controled garage on it.

I think we have one "flat" left in one of the smaller buildings, all the others are sold though and occupied. Ill buzz them about doing a broker event at the Spectrum. The Spectrum is similar but nice than the Broadway and more for the "younger crowd" as the units are slightly smaller. It has quite a few more amenities that the Broadway though like the greenroof, 3rd floor terrace, and private theater.
I was just in Rhodes Hill Square 2 weeks ago, Tricia gave me a tour of the place. I loved the design and layout, plus the location is awesome. The city homes mixed with flats and penthouses is a nice touch and provides a little something for everyones taste and budget. My favorite part was the private elevator that runs from your underground garage spaces to your unit.

^ The most important thing you need to at this part of the process is speak with a qualified lender. I would be happy to recommend a few you can talk with, it won't cost you anything, and you'll start to get an idea of how much you can get approved for and talk about at what price point you should be shopping.
