Couple of days away. Even though the long range is saying rain.....none of the weather models have any rain getting to the area until very late Sat night. Looks like it will be dry with temps in the mid-upper 50's. Can't ask for better. Even though the instructors don't have to be there until 830ish....I plan to get there about 715. Look forward to seeing you guys out there and getting the early seat time.

Some of last year's vids. It dried up during the afternoon. Hopefully they'll have a second school. There is one video of how wet it was in the morning but I can't find it right now.

Last year I kept DQ'ing because I took my glasses off and kept going off course. I was focused more on speed then actually slowing down and getting the course right the first time. >:0[

Is anybody taking air to the event? Or is there a pump over there?
I have to put a couple more PSIs on the tires.

It was pretty fun, but the instructors got ripped off. Because of an "incident" there was no time at the end for us to get free runs. I got one run, but the seat broke again. I'm really afraid something is wrong with the rear diff again as well....it was making some funny noises on the way home. Clay was a good sport....was really getting the hang of it by the end. Nice to meet the other two as well. Sorry I couldn't give you guys a ride. Next time....I promise.

Mike's a f*ckin' awesome teacher! I did way better this time since they broke the course into two separate sections in the AM and then combined them both in the PM. Just made me really want to try some more stuff like this or even an HPDE class to learn how to push the car harder and what to do in certain situations. Only had one incident, and it was pretty bad for that guy and the car.

All three of you guys did very well.....honestly. Clay is solid in the slalom, but we have to work on the longer radius turns.
Clay, your car is actually pretty good. I was surprised. Dial out of bit of that understeer, and you are in business. What suspension mods do you have?
P.S. Hoosiers fookin rock. I don't know what the fastest time of the instructors was, but the old, tired Z had to be up there....even with the one run.

It was a fun day. Happy to represent "stock Z community"
I held back on modding the car, because a friend told me that is best to run stock, and then add mods one by one to see the difference they make.
I also felt bad that we lost that much time because of the accident (poor guy....).
Because of that, the second heat didn't even get most of the laps timed!!! I got 45.6 secs on the second run and from there, they pulled the clock off!!!
I was awaiting to drive with the instructors and compare my times with the rest, but I guess I will have to wait for the next time
