Exactly, reaction time doesn't count in these runs. I would have done the same, let the muscle car do his thing first. I've seen them leave their lanes on too many occasions, not to mention being distracted by the stupid loud exhaust.

 

Crazy wheel hop in 1st even with the DR's... you can kiss your axles for not breaking on that last run!!! With some slicks you'll be in the 10's for sure.

 

He will be in the tens with a better launch in general, even on the drag radials, the 60 ft was holding him back big time, the car is stupid fast...

 

I think he was trying to run 10's on that run. I think his buddy has a vid of his fastest run I think on 25psi of boost.

 

+1 and this was his 1st time running at 700+hp. I predict he will be 10's with a few more runs he has the mph for sure. The run on the vid he ran 11.5 with wheel hop and still trapped 134!! He just needs a good 60ft/launch which he can achieve with practice.

All his runs trapped 134 except one when he thought something went wrong. I have the in-car vid of that run.
