Just saw an ad for this and looking through the site right now. At first I thought it'd be a bunch of Sons of Anarchy type dudes, but it says they're having a DJ/b-boy battle and I think a graf contest. Might check this out since it's in DC.
Always looking for some new tat ideas anyway.
I am there. I have been wanting a tat for over a year now. I think about it every week but never make the move to go talk to someone.
It's time...
If you're seriously interested and don't have a set artist or studio you'd like to go to, I can ask the chick who's done both of mine if you want. She used to work out of a studio off Rt.1 but now she works out of her own home studio by private referral and appointment only.
She did this as my 1/2 sleeve like several years ago. Has held up and hasn't required any retouching either.
Seriously you have tats? If so do you mind sharing them?
Ive been looking online at everything and anything just looking for ideas on how I want mine done. I really need to talk to someone creative lol.
I only have one i got when i turned 18.
Its the "HECHO EN MEXICO" logo. pretty sure youve seen it.
but i wanna do something on a larger scale. I wanna incorporate my my parents nationalities and my birth place so i was thinking of doing the birds of each place.
La aguila de mexico like on the flag on my right shoulder blade about 5-7"
my dad is a beaner
then the american eagle in the center but a nice design which i havent found yet.
and the Quetzal which is the bird on the guatemalan flag for my mom on my left shoulder blade.

I've got a few tats, your best bet is setting up an appointment with a tattoo artist and just bounce ideas. Most artists are good at reading what people have a hard time explaining.
