It's a mod. Get over it. (not supporting or defending, just making a neutral statement.). So I could say that I hate how the 350z community is all about tasteless rice body kits and be right? No, it's not right. Just because a handful of people do it doesn't mean $hit.

Everyone has their own personal opinion on what they want to do to their car, we're a modifying community. Personally I like the hellaflush style, and I think there can be a nice median between function and form. I do agree with all the things on your list Ethan, especially about girls in a car scene. I dislike when people want to purposely try to impress me with their cars. If I'm interested I will ask you, if not why act a fool? I was once told "I cut my AC and gained 30hp made me so much faster I've never lost a race." Either they think because I'm a girl, I'm an idiot, and don't know what is being said, or they're trying to impress me with lies? Super annoying.

 

^ Exactly! Here in my350z Mid-A forum, it's okay that we shit on each other and disagree/agree. Posts/threads don't get deleted simply because it's "not nice" or we're "fighting" or we're "disagreeing". I <3 this forum.

Who talks like this in the Mid-A?

Every meet I've been to is the Old School guys that hang on a regular basis, a few of us that are fairly active online and/or heavily modded, and a bunch of young dudes that don't really say much (Kyle excluded).

IMO, we should be bridging the gap instead of becoming what we all once hated, or what I hated about the Corvette community, a bunch of old dudes not doing much and bitching about what people are trying to do now.

Actually Chris I'm one of the few who is known to go around greeting to every new face at meets. But man some of these kids just lack communication to the max. The first sentence comes out of their mouth and I already want to move on.

 

It really just comes down to levels of maturity and peoples interests. Every group has it.

Unfortunitly as the price of our cars get cheaper more and more immature people will be getting them since they are allot faster then all the 4cyl cars they can afford and dont burn gas like the big v8s so its a perfect mix for someone not dirt poor and wants a fast/nice car right off the lot.
