I will be moving in the next few months and I have found some really nice CO-OP townhomes for some really attractive prices. Did some research and people say they're hard to sell etc etc. So I just wanted to know if anyone here has had experience with a CO-OP, or could advise me as to whether it'd be a good idea or not to buy one.
