Default Exhaust Shop in NOVA Plz

Can anybody recommend an exhaust shop in NOVA? My current setup sounds like screaming monkeys and I hate it.

Thanks in advance.

Factory exhaust?

Aftermarket?

Have you diagnosed the issue? Gasket? Hole? Simple repair?

Id go to a dedicated muffler shop for a quick easy repair. Its a Z not a Lambo anyone can work on the POS.

I actually have two systems to repair.

1) stock cats have crack, y pipe flex needs repair
2) need x pipe installed, hangers adjusted, and y pipe needs to be extended

That helps.

Flex pipe repairs are tough man. In my experience they need replacing as you cant repair the "mesh" for long.

Where are the stock cats cracked? How many miles on them? You may want to think about test pipes before repairing the cats.

For #2, any decent shop can do that. A custom exhaust shop that does this stuff day in and out will be the best and likely cheapest. Ive taken my mod'd cars to a Meineke I frequesnt as they work on that stuff all day and are cheaper than say a Z tuning shop doing the work.

Good luck.

Stock cats cracked at the bracket, they have 30k on them. I have HFC as well, but I'd like to get the stockers repaired in the event my squirrel exhaust is too annoying.

Thanks for the tips. I'll look for custom exhaust shops.

I've always bought new exhaust and installed myself, but I went with my friend to a shop in Manassas for his camaro and they did some good work, along with good welds. Looks a bit sketchy but they were all nice people and pricing was very very fair.

Shop is called "Hi-Flo Custom Exhaust" give em a call and they could get you an estimate.
