THIS^^^ went down one year stayed on the 20ish block somewhere and its just a breading ground of trouble. Never again, spending the extra cash to stay in a decent place is well worth it.

Why anyone would pay to be around teens drinking, and rowdy drunks is beyond me lol. I'd say no to that for free. There is a reason 70% of the LEO'S patrol 33rd and in.
