[NSFW] Mid-A Epic Random-ness: Third Encounter
I slowed down on lifting since it got warmer and started to play more basketball. About 2 lifting nights and 2 to 3 nights of basket all per week.
Still swimming at least 3 times a week for about 1hr 30 min- 2hrs depending how much time I have. My diet hasnt been as strict as it was in the begining. I currently weigh 142 due to spending the weekend at OC, but my goal is to stay at 140.
I don't really lift, no reason to really. I gotta start focusing more on my abdominal area if I/some of us decide to go to Myrtle Beach next month.
When are we trying this indoor track you guys keep talking about? Btw you fuggers should download Real Racing 3 if you haven't already...

I'm at around 170 lbs now. Haven't really gained any muscle the last few months with all the cardio that I do. But I'm okay with it. I'm feeling more and more energetic which is always good. This winter I'm gonna do what you do and BULK.
I play every Tuesday and Friday night now. Some people reserved these high school/middle school basketball courts and I just chip in to play there. Usually the Tuesday night game is short on people. If you're interested I can get you in next Tuesday. It's from 9pm to 10:30pm in Winston Chuchhill high school.

Main thing with lifting heavy is it makes muscles that take calories to maintain, so the more you have, the less your diet will matter. This makes your day to day living easier.
I've dropped 15lbs since my winter bulk, my lifts are up and my overall size is up.
that would be cool. just have to set it up ahead of time.

Going to start a new regiment this week; spin class tomorrow, swimming 3 times a week and biking on paved paths or along the C&O canal on Sunday's...
going to try and stick to it..
also trying to stay away from crap foods for a while, and sticking to straight up scotch for drinks, no more beer or mixed drinks..

you are some small dudes lol. I'm 240 and I lift twice a week. I try to do cardio a few times but my fat *** hates that. Wanna see who benches more? I bet I win that one lol.
Oh yeah and I have a brand new Trek Wahoo mountain bike I've ridden like 5 times.
