I've dropped 15lbs since my winter bulk, my lifts are up and my overall size is up. Currently my weight has leveled out, it's been the same give or take a pound or 2 for the last 2 months. I'm hoping to not drop any more weight. If weight drops, I'll adjust my diet again.
Very valid points Jeff. In general I'm very happy with my weight category, but there's always room for improvement. I wanna be cut like Dave and impress teh asian girls.

OC was filled w/poor choices in food, but awesome in flavor. Swimming is still the best workout imo, dieting helps too. I swear there's not a single "pleasently plump" person in the lanes on base. Be sure to take before and after pics to help you stay motivated. The Mid-A could use another buff brown guy, but of a darker shade.

Oh yeah and I have a brand new Trek Wahoo mountain bike I've ridden like 5 times.
Sounds like the new guy wants a shot at Dave's title

Where? Patapsco Valley near my house is a little ridiculous. Ive hiked it a few times with my dog. There are a few spots that would kill me. I may need to buy a helmet.

Yes you need a helmet.

Patapsco is my stomping ground. What trails have you hiked?

I rebuilt a shelter at the mckeldin area on marriottsville rd for the park and saw how awesome it was. Its like 15 minutes from my house. I think the trail was switchback. It took a few hours walking. My dog was half dead lol.

I did McKeldin once. I usually ride Avalon, the Bmore county side, the Howard Co side is easier.

If weather holds up and it won't... I plan on trying to squeeze a ride in Saturday at patapsco before heading out to NVA im also stuck in NVA again on Sunday too.

Over all, rosaryville was in pretty good condition last Sunday, a few muddy spots but over all it was solid. Made for a great ride.

Zain you should try rosaryville it's very flowy mostly all single track. Nothing at all like patapsco when it comes to climbs or drops, the thing that makes it worth while is trying to keep a high avg speed. Kinda like Schaffer farm but more flowy. Super easy unless you push for speed. Pretty much cross country style riding. I really enjoyed it. Apples and oranges vs patapsco.

New guy, when do you want to go out riding?

There no rocks and almost no roots. Hike it one day and check it out. 9.5 mile loop.

What's the latest on the wrist?

I'll check it out, but need to start on pavement first. As for the wrist going in for surgery 2 next month, should help quite a bit

It's a good hiking trail worth checking out. Mostly wooded so not too much sun although you darker folk don't have to worry about it like use Casper boys.

Before rides I put sun screen on my neck, nose, ears, arms. Always.
