Whats up guys. I rarely post here and was just wondering if any of you have had the pleasure of running a Lightning yet.

HEY ......Welcome.......you got any pics of your truck???? Have you had any problems with your Diablo, I heard that some people where having some issues with them. What kind of times are you seeing at the track????

 

I got a bunch of pics, but no where to host them. As far as I know, I have had no issues with my chip. I'm running a tad rich, but my tuner plans on tweaking the chip this Friday.

And as for track times; I have yet to go to the track. I wanted to get a shift kit put in before I start abusing the tranny. I have a good balkpark of what the truck is capable though.

What have you heard about the Diablo Chip? What kind of problems have you heard about?

 

I cant say anything specific, I really dont know.........one of my buddies has a LIGHTNING and I remember him talking about this once. He is running low 12's with his truck......but I really dont know what mods he has done, i am not really into trucks!!!!

 

A chip is only as good as your tuner. If you have somebody that knows sh*t about tuning then yes, you are going to have problems with your chip.
