Well now in at least my mind ..I can put this whole debate to rest...I ran into one of your Z breathern out on the streat

Here is how it went:

at green We both launched fairly decent I shot out with my front bumper ahead of the Z's...I then shifted to second where I pulled about a car on him... I was happy so far...but was still waiting to see what happened after I went to third since everyone on here calims that that is when the Z starts to dominate....and I will give the Z credit, right as I was about to shift to third the Z started to take back some of that on car that I had on him but once I got into third it was all over we shut it down at about 110 MPH..with me being about 2 cars ahead of him we then pulled into the gas station that was nearby to talk about the race...we gave each other props and went our separate ways..I am willing to bet that he took the loss better then half the people on this forum would have though..but oh well

Wow, There's nothing uglier than a silver mustang... except a blue one, or a silver firebird. No.. the silver one has to be the ugliest.

Yeah race and get it on video . I wish I was in Tampa. Then again I am sure I can find good races here in Atlanta but it is getting harder and harder. Seems the GA law is really craking down on racing. I would rather go to the track anyway.

 

I'm always willing to race!! , but you are right, can never find anything decent, not even rice anymore, they are scared after they hear my exhaust...BTW where in Atl are u, maybe we can meet up sometimes, i have some buddies (mostly f-bodys) but a couple of mustangs too, let me know...

congrats nice kill! i raced a 99+ (new model) Gt on the freeway and he walked me nice cars ALOT of torque and that is what counts anyway what mods do you have i know you GT isnt stock

I've noticed that too...no one wants to race.
I agree with what was said about going to the track in this post...but a quick stop light to stop light on a clear road is always fun.

I used to be able to get one good race (at least) on the weekend.....I have only had one race since I got the Cobra...
kinda sucks.
