Lets see what happens when an Evo and a Z06 go at it form a roll, any roll. You think the Evo will win then?
If an Evo and a Z06 were to be lined up, and they both get the same 60' time, you think the Evo would win? Go home bro.

dude your on an import site! I own an import, and I'm actually a car enthusiast in general, but you MULLETS hijacking this poor site is just pathetic! you come here and post all your bloated dyno numbers, and the sad thing is that, even though your faster than a 350Z in a striaght line, I won't touch your car, because of chevy/ford crap reputation!

ah, yes, I admit it! the Z06 has the advantage from a roll. but besides, that, most races take place from stoplight to stoplight, so your F**Ked! also even if you mod your Z06 to run a 12 flat(waste of money), you'll still get raped, like 3/4ths of the way down the strip! you can only hope to catch up at the line

ok tough guy, so you understand that the evo seen in the video is "mildly modded". ok so yes, you'd smoke that with your 11. but what if they get like a stage 2 or stage 3 upgrade package? you know, a turbo upgrade and a few other gadgets. then what? can you say 10's?

Hello all,
I am new to this forum but enjoy the knowledge that exchanges among everyone here. In particular, I commend the LS1 owners with what appears to be a large knowledge base and a general appreciation of automobiles in general. With that in mind, I would like to add something that may sound confrontational but it's just my side of the story and the experience I have acquired over the years with my vehicle (heavily modified '97 Eclipse GSX).
I have to disagree with some of the above blanket statements regarding the Z06's capabilities. Having had some track time at Gingerman Raceway (about 10 trips thus far over the past 3 years) and 1 trip to Road America with my car I have seen my fair share of sporty vehicles. Don't get me wrong, the Z06 is a fantastic car but at Gingerman (aka autocrosser's dream) the EVO would give a Z06 a run for it's money if driven by the owners of the vehicle. From my experience, a large majority of Z06 owners are indeed "mid-life" crisis candidates who are fulfilling their youthful dreams with the Z06 and kudos to them but they do lack experience. Handing the keys of an "affordable" supercar (ie Z06) doesn't mean that the owner inherits some mystical ability to handle the massive torque going around a turn at near 80 mph and not losing control. In my experience thus far, the EVO is an enthusiast's car hence the immediate sale of most EVOs even though it's exterior to the casual observer would hardly call it a performance oriented.
My bet would be that in the hands of the majority each respective owner's control the EVO would come out on top at most shorter road courses in my area (ie. Gingerman, Blackhawk, and Gratten sp? ).

it's a Kenne Bell Supercharger...
It's simple..
Take off the stock Eaton, put on the KB..
Crank up the boost...
oh and the KB charger only cost 3,400$
put that in your pipe and smoke it...
