Default Tracks in Southern California?

Does anyone know of some tracks in Southern California...

I am a pretty inexperienced driver looking to have some clean safe fun in my Z. Does anyone know where i can do some drag racing and maybe track racing pretty cheap in the Southern California LA area...

THanks

Click on "California Dragway" on the left side of the screen. They have their race dates posted. Tech is at 2 pm, racing from 4pm till 11pm.

It gets crowded there, so get there early.

Also, there is Carlsbad Raceway in Carlsbad, you'll get more runs in, but you'll have to drive down a dirt to get to the track.

By the way, I would love to run your TT Z. If you're up for some friendly races, let me know !

Hope this helps,

Mike

Buttonwillow Raceway is having one of their Performance Driving Clinics on July 27. Lot's of track time, great instruction from real road racers and no pressure. I urge anyone new to track driving, or even seasoned drivers, to give one of these events a try.

LACR in Palmdale for drag racing. The altitude sucks so expect some crappy times.

Im not sure if the Pomona Raceway still has open drags but that is a better track.
