350z Smokes Chick driven convertible


Well, no surpise there... but it was just funny. I was sitting there at the light and a silver 330 convertible pulls up next to me. I look over and see a hot blonde driving. I slip focus and notice her male passenger watch me watch her. OOps! I flip my eyes back to the road and feel this guy and the girls eyes wash over the Z. (speaking of wash, the Z was sparkling!)

The guy calls out "how do you like your car?" I told him I would sleep with it at night if I could. The woman asked what kind of car it was! I am still amazed at how many people dont know about the Z yet. I tell her and she repeats "Nissan!?" incredulously. The guy asks some more tech stuff and before we know it we are sitting at a green light. THe girl calls over.. "I'll race you!"
At this prompt I give her a Borla amplified VQ throttle blip and motion with my hand politely toward the road in front of us; "after you!" I hit the throttle just after her and am pulling a bumper on her just after first. I am looking over at them the whole time. She is biting her lower lip in a ridiculous looking expression of concentration and he is looking at me giving me a bashful 'she doesnt know any better' grin
As i shift to 3rd she is behind me and I know that convertible cabin is awash in Borla roar. She was shifting pretty good but then I think I heard her grind her 2-3 shift. They were dust anyway!

It's funny, most people don't expect such a large amount of whup-*** to come out of a Nissan can!

 

Well you would have beaten a 330Ci also.... there is more than 60hp difference!!! But two people in the car + convertible sure did not help them.

I think you're right: bimmers usually think since they are driving a BMW (especially regular 3 series), they should be the fastest on the road... and they are usually quite ignorant to other cars (especially japanese ones). What's *funny* is that usually people with the fastest car know their competition a lot better. I for myself know which cars not to mess-up with (expect if I wanted to be spanked real hard - Z06, etc...)

At least she was hot!!

unfortunately some of these riced out civics have had their engines removed and have been replaced with engines putting out a lot more, engines that would beat a 330Ci

 

Proving you can make anything fast

 

First of all I am not talking about mods to the beemers. I am saying in my OPINION that anything BMW makes that is short of an M3 STOCK, is a waste of money. I rode in my friends 330Ci and yes it was quick, but the 350Z I feel was quicker for a lot less.
You guys can talk about Dinan all you want, I am talking stock. I want to see a 330Ci stock try to educate a 350Z stock.

 

This proves a simple theory. Chicks dig the Z. It doesnt matter who they are with, they still express themselves when they see a Z. This has happened way to many times to me.
