Trap Speeds

can someone explain to me what this trap speed is? it'd b much appreciated...thanks

trap speed is the miles per hour you are doing at the end of the 1/4 mile........... so -- its basicaly how fast you are going when u pass the finish line

Your trap speed is your average speed across the last 60ft of the 1/4 mile. The speed you are traveling at the very end would be your terminal speed....
