In the midst of a na build for a nasa time trial car. Looking to do a semi aggressive build. My car is a revup so I know you need special cams. Are the JWT S7 cams the only ones for the revup? They only have 262s. Any help is appreciated, thanks

JWT S7 and C8 are the only ones for revup I believe. I'm sure the JWT site has more specifics.

 

Jim Wolf makes several cams for the RevUp. Here's a link to a page that shows the S7R and C8R camshafts. Make sure you get the "R" cams for your RevUp.

I have the C8R camshafts and initially talked to Jim Wolf about them before buying them. He has other cams, but doesn't list them on his web site. I asked him why, and he said that he expects anyone interested in those cams to call him before buying a set.

I didn't call up and ask for Jim Wolf. I talked to a few other techs that couldn't answer my questions and got upgraded to him. He answered them all. He asked the guy that designed the C8R a few questions for me.

 

cosworth has some revup cams listed now as well
