Leak down and compression check was done with success. Oil catch can is empty and exhaust/rear bumper is not oily. Not sure where all the oil went, so they are still looking into it.

Clutch wise, I think I will stick with southbend and get their 6puck DXD-B model.

For the last couple of fill ups I experimented not revving the engine pass 6k rpm and for over 1k miles I had no vanishing oil. Yesterday, on a drive home I decided to let her rip for 15mins and bye the end an entire quart of oil was gone! Anyone have a good idea on this?

nvm, noticed you had a catchcan... only other thing is probably piston rings if the catch can isnt filling up.

Generally, there's only two ways to get oil in the combustion chamber, past the rings and around the intake/exhaust valves. For the first, you're looking at bad oil control from the rings/cylinder relation. In the second, it requires the PCV system to be malfunctioning or bad valve seals.

The possibility of a problem with valve seals is probably lower than the possibility of bad ring control of the oil. I say this because the valve seals should leak under more than conditions than you're seeing. Also the most telling thing is the oil catch is empty, this negates the possibility of basic blow-by through the intake system leaving the rings/cylinder wall seating as my best guess.

Agree with some of the above.....replace the pcv valve, clean out the catch can, and let it rip again.

He said he has a catch can which was empty. Which is where I would assume it was going. It sounds like blowby. Gabe if its not in there something is very wrong man a qt gone after 15 ins of hard driving is just retarded. How did the plugs look?

Forgot to mention that it was 15minutes of driving hard followed by 100miles cruising. Nevertheless ~1qt of loss is still very bad.

I opened up the plenum the other day and things were pretty clean. I'll take a look at the plugs and PCV, but the catch can is still squeaky clean...

Mine is sucking down oil and the plugs look great, sometimes its not a good indication of a problem. However the clean intake track suggests the oil is entering through one of the two labor intensive paths. Still I say swap out the PCV valve and see if you still get the oil consumption.

More parts for the car even though it is sucking up oil

Motordyne shockwave V2 to kill the drone I am having. The Nova I previously had were nice as well but there was an issue with the tip and it also didn't completely kill the drone.

Southbend DXD-B clutch kit.

Thanks, I like the sound better as well and this is hands down better than any of the other combination of the exhaust I've tried. Also the greatest thing of all, no in cabin drone anymore.
