Positive crankcase pressure is bad at WOT.

we removed any codes from the ECU (forever) we had with UpRev Osiris, but it'll keep the readiness monitor from setting. which = failed emissions.

Evap is low on the car, it's at the end, but there are better areas to take weight out.

If you are worried about it do like the drag racers do and plumb your vents into your exhaust keeps the crankcase under a slight vacum.

I don't see the point to any of this, but maybe I'm missing something. When I think about how much time my engine spends at WOT (or even close to it), I'd guess it's maybe 1%. Who cares?

2800 race weight, 255-260whp..... and there is a lot left on the table we could get out of more chassis work, prep, weight relocation, and 2-3 inches of track width. We just never seem to have to time to take the Sentra to the next level of prep, so I started on a 1995 B14 200sx, that should come in 600lbs lighter and put down 40 more hp at the wheels.

yes, it's a 500+whp Charger srt-8, with a stroked motor.

Regarding valve cover seal (for Jon) there isn't enough pressure build-up for the vavle covers to seal unless you have a big problem with ring seal. New valve cover gaskets properly installed will not leak!
I agree. I would not route the catch can to the intake. It could leak vacuum and it's an unnecessary risk.

BUMP!

I heard that having double filters isn't good as it leaves residue/build up in the engine bay. Also having two filters gives insufficient suction with the double setup. (see pix below)

I track my vehicle but I'm more interested in having an efficient setup that allows the freshest air in the intake and collects the most oil in the can. My previous catch can setup was attached to the nipple on the drivers-side PCV. I didn’t catch any oil in 1.5-2 years and I recently found out why.
That setup was connected into my turbo compressor intake pipe and I’m thinking about having my new catch can connected to the passengers side PCV and having the ‘output’ side of the catch can connected to my turbo’s intake pipe.

Question is: Will residue, filth, etc collect in my turbo/IC piping? If not, will this setup allow cleaner air to flow into my intake?
