The flywheel is 9 lbs and the clutch discs, pressure plate, and hardware are a little over 9lbs. It's a steel flywheel so it's a lot stronger that's the tilton ones which were aluminum I think.

Honestly I don't think I would daily drive it. You could, and I have driven it around town, but it is just not worth it. There is a lot of chatter but its also a stripped interior. The chatter dosent sound bad outside the car.

The Tilton was also chromoly. If it was aluminum, it would have shattered itself to pieces! Wonder what the MOI of the Aasco is... any idea? Not sure if they would publish that spec.

Chatter is a given with these style clutches, especially with small 7.25" or 5.5" clutch assemblies with very low inertia.

I don't recall, they gave me that info when I picked it up though. It's the 7.25" unit.

Dunno. I am in the middle of moving and job training. I would like to get to the track before the month is out though.

Uh no. I have the wilwood master cylinder and a steal braided line. You can adjust with that at the pedal. Not sure what it does exactly. I also have the Nismo shifter with a poly bushing I made myself.

The RJM Clutch brackets go far beyond simply adjusting the threaded clutch rod. The AFP slider mechanism and accompanying replacement brackets alters the leverage point of the pedal system by physically changing the linkage geometry and pivot points. Allowing even tripple disk OS Giken's to be daily drivable in traffic with a much wider engagement range.

Links in my sig if you'd like to look more into it. Also a 16 page review thread in the forced induction/drivetrain tech section here.
