Correct me if I'm wrong, but he has BC 264 cams on APS Tall Boy+75mm TB+TB spacer/Kinetix+75mm TB+TB spacer.

I've had JWT 272 C8 cams on the same Kinetix+75mm TB+TB spacer+lower runners all port matched w/ 3.5" SS intake & K&N filter. I lost power, tested with OEM intake on Kinetix... marginally better, went back to 5/16 spacer on OEM plenum/TB. Tuned both ways before/after...

I'm going to go out on a limb and say it totally depends on your cams.
