Default Inyector Size Recomendation N/A

Dear "Z" users, as my title says, any inyector size recomendation before I go for tuning? my mods are:

Modified 2006 air box with K&N filter.
75mm intake tube
75mm throttle body
Modified upper plenum
Motordyne 5/16 plenum spacer
Motordyne mrve2 lower plenum
ppe longtube headers
amuse ti y pipe
amuse r1 titan

Do you recomend to me go for a bigger inyectors before I'm goung for tunning, another thing what about the spark plugs, should I use a step coolder? any other modification recomended for my config...waht about cams??

Stock inyector size?? Will not be better a little bit mor fuel if I'm have a liitle more air coming in to the engine and better air flow going out because the exhaust, the last thing on the ecuation is the fuel?? I was reading about the install the GT-R inyectors...any tecomendation, is it not worth it to put bigger inyectors then???

The factory injectors can compensate for any extra fuel from mass produced bolt-on n/a mods. You will have more problems running larger injectors and it will not produce any extra hp

Since you're 75mm intake and t.b. I'd suggest you get a 3/3.5" MAF housing ready for when you see a tuner. He'll be able to tell you the % cycle of your stock injectors, if they're over 90% (most likely) you'll have to switch to something bigger. Bosch and Denso should be plug n play.

Also cams would be great but do you know what you're setting yourself up for? It's an 8 hr job at least and you have to get new valve springs and shims to clear the higher cam lift.
Maybe you should look into a 3.9 or 4.08 final drive gears. That will wake the car up for sure and you won't need to open the engine. There's plenty threads on this forum.

Much appreciated the info buddy, I think I will go with stock engine first see what the sensations are and we will see!!

Bigger injectors doesn't mean more power. Bigger injectors are to keep up the proper mixture when mass amounts of extra air is added into the mix.

The fact you have N/A bolt ons, I highly doubt you are going to need anything over stock. The only reason FI guys get it is because your literally adding a leaf blower/turbine to force air into the engine. Seriously screwing up the mixture.

Run new stock injectors.. or like above have your show test the exact ratio and flow of them to tell you exactlt what your application requires. But if you want you CAN buy bigger injectors. Just cost you more money for no reason.

Your stock injectors are rated at 330cc's...

The actually measure is usually about 290cc due to the fact they are ran at about 43.5 psi.

Thanks for the info!! I was wonder all those N/A projects that fit bigger inyectors......But anyway I will try with the stock ones see what the gains are!!
