Default HR pistons in a de

Can't find any real info anywhere on this for a rwd vq35de anyway I have a g35 coupe with a de motor im planning on rebuilding the motor in august I heard it was possible to use hr pistons (which don't burn oil) and would be higher compression for a little more power was planning on running cams but don't think its possible without flycutting pistons which I don't want to do is it possible to run these pistons with thicker headgaskets in my motor with stock cams without having to mess with the pistons?

Orrrrrr, you could use higher compression piston designed for the DE and not worry about cutting into your pistons.

On a real note, never heard of anyone use HR pistons in a DE.

I read about it somewhere but I want to see if anyone has actually done it on here and also high comp pistons are about 6x the price of hr pistons I can get a set of hr pistons for 100$
