Default Z1 Motorsport short headers for HR - worth it?

I have not seen any dyno charts of before and after! Are the worth the price? What HP and Nm gain?

With a tune i think you may gain 5-10whp but most of that is with the tune.

I would go with long tubes if you are spending the effort/money. You can get the ISR for under $600 now. I have read good things about ISR exhaust parts (even at their low price) but not that particular application.
