Default What are those posts with just 'bump' or other single words?

I see some replies that just say 'bump' or sometimes some other
single word reply. What do these mean?
I didn't see an explanation in the FAQ.

Threads are displayed in the order of last post. 'bump' is just a way of pushing a thread to the top of the first page in a particular forum section. TTT (To The Top) is another common phrase.

bump or ttt is just a kind of Internet slang, all it does is move the post back up to the top (aka ttt) of the forum or the "view new post" page

just like LOL is laugh out loud

**Edit Never mind

The two previous posts before mine explained it exactly. 'Bump' or 'TTT' is usually used when someone is trying to sell something in the Classifieds and wants to keep it on the first page or top of the first page, or when someone creates a post because they have a question and maybe they don't get the answer they are looking for.
