Just dropped some cash on a 03 Z today, now i definately wont sleep at night until it is mine!!! Let me nkow of anything i need to watch for, recalls or anything else that'll help me out...

You should be able to go to the local Nissan dealer and see what recalls/TSBs have been completed for the car. I don't know about Canada, but in the U.S. the government keeps a list of all TSBs and recalls for vehicles. You can check here:
