My name's Ani. I just recently bought Black Touring with GPS and its awesommeeee !! I just love it ... cant seem to take my mind off of it ... its such a big tension to leave it parked anywhere ... I have started parking it way far from all the cars ... started looking for empty places .. I would really appreciate some help ... Is it worth buying the car cover ? how about the clear bra ? how do I take good care of my baby ?

wow one clean car.. congrats.. get a clear bra to avoid those half a dozen rock chips youll get by next week.. and the other 347 youll get in the next 2 months

working on that car cover / clear bra ... soon planning on putting those lambo doors and undercar lights ... anyone has experience with nismo accessories ?

stay away from the undercar neon ligts.. very ricer

and lambo doors arent the most attractive thing on a stock Z

Nismo is covered under warranty, but costs a bit more than other brands

 

hey bro. how much did you end up paying? im thinking about getting one shipped from WA. and i just want to get an estimate on what theyre going for.

I paid around 40 including taxes for my Z. But then WA has possibly the highest sales tax .. *sigh* ..

 

Thats way to much bro... I saw Touring Z's with nav go for 33,500. Even @ 10% thats only 3200 bucks. 36,500. WoW 40k is a rip off.

well ... Touring with GPS(exra 1800), kickplates and it came from Calif (so extra 800 for towing ... so that took it to 36 around and now add 4000 or so tax ... still maynot be the best deal but ...

I am not the best bargainer and according to the dealers there wasnt even a single black touring / enthusiast (I wanted automatic) 350z anywhere except that one in Calif ... I tried to push him but unfortunately doesnt look like it helped from your comments ...

 

Ani is short for Aniruddha. am from India originally - been here for 4 yrs .. why do u ask though - anything specific / curious ?

 

beautiful ride Ani! Welcome to the forums...be careful...and have a thick skin - things can get personal and heated in hear very quickly over silly stuff. As far as modding/etc for you car...do what you want, what you like, not what everyone on here says to do. Everyone has opinions..but it is your ride.

i love the black and the 06 rims. if you don't have a garage to put it in i would invest in a cover of some sort. the z paint is touchy and your gonna drive yourself crazy over the next couple of weeks worrying about dings and scratches...but oh well what is having a new car for anyways!
