Hey, I live in Northern New Jersey. Just this Sat I was shopping around and got an 03 Touring 6spd (silver/black). I have wanted one of these since day one but allready was tied up in an accord coup (ex v6 6-spd) and insurance hated me. I am a long time honda guy and am glad to cross over for this amazing machine. I'm allready looking to do some mods (the thing needs better brakes, best brakes I have ever had in a car, but new pads will do nice).. Glad this forum is here and plan to be browsing around a bunch.
Thanks,
Pete
Thanks,
Pete
Welcome Zero333, I bought my 03 this Saturday too!
From the short time I've been on the site I've learned alot, use that search button you will be amazed at the wealth of info.
From what I learned from one post on this site saved me $ and time, plus a bunch of great people. My Z is in the shop right now getting the fuel filler line recall done, the front tires replaced and an alignment done to correct the tire feathering I was told to look out for.
As Z_freak said post some pic's!

ok so I have a newbie question. I am new to Z's and FR cars all togeather for that matter. Does the Z have a stiff shifter?? When sliding from first to second, when driving agressively does it require a lot of force?? If not any ideas what the hell is wrong? I mean the thing sings and I am not at all concerned with the engine I just want to make sure the tranny is ok, is this a sign of the clutch losing its stuff (never burnt a clutch out, been driving sick since I started driving 8 years ago). I just hope someone wrights back "nothing wrong, that is just what a sports car's gears feel like".
