LOL @ all the new guy bashing. I agree the comment was pretty ignorant. Dood everyone is right, the difference in price seriously isnt worth CHANCING messing up your motor. Just get the premium from now on.

lets see if your paying 3.05 for 89 and 3.15 is for 91 lets see howmuch you are saving there..lets say 17 gallons to fill up wow a 1.70 .. i cant see how you cry over 1.70 more.lol

You have to have more respect for your 350Z. We could generate savings numbers til we're blue in the face. But common less than $400 saved over an entire year. An engine 'knocking' is a hugely serious matter. If you bought the Z for looks then have the car tuned to run on 87 but please from the factory it was 'engineered (see: people smarter than you or I)' to perform on 91+
